67 cutlass



Trying to figure out what that wire junction is at the top right of this pic is used for ?

I looked in the 67 assembly manual and it says that is used for power tailgate window power, power windows, and something else, I will post a pict from the assembly manual later. So not all have it.

The center two studs is a circuit breaker behind the the plastic.

On my 67, it is an auto-reset circuit breaker that is for the power convertible top. Like mentioned above though, it can be used for most any high amperage accessory.

Thanks, after I look back at the different cars/station wagon I see this now. I took my C/S apart over 10 years ago and didn’t have that in my pile of wires, now I know why.
