66 starfire throttle linkage

Just wondering, there are 2 electrical connectors on my 66 starfire throttl linkage, the part mounted on the firewall. Anyone know where they go to or what they are for? theres no problem, just wondering what they are for.

I think they're for the switch pitch torque converter.

nah, its got the newer 455 motor, but they "say" that they just rebuilt the tranny, thats how he bought it, with a blown tranny, so he rebuilt it and blew the motor So I believe its still got the TH400 it should have but I ahvent had it on a lift yet to truly find out, and I ahvent driven it much since its out of order at the moment. I want to get it on the lift to find the tranny stamp and see if its still really a th400. thanks for the info though.
