the generator warning light had come on in the dash and stays on whie running, and before this issue the light wouldnt come on at all even with ignition on without running. but after a volt test and finding the charging system to be working at 13v the factory service manual says over 5 means this is the relay, and the car running pretty much normally so ive come to believe this is the issue. where is the relay, i believe right next to the horn relay screwed to the wheel well? and where could i find another to replace it?

i actually cant get it to go on at all now with the new relay i had put in, but it did this similarly before. is there certain fuses in particular i should be checking becuase the light works good as its been on while running for 2 days but now that its been shut off (since i changed the relay) it doesnt come on at all (as it did before it stayed on) so would this still be a blown fuse?
