'49 Olds Signal Lights
'49 Olds Signal Lights
I plan to install signal lights in my '49 coupe. Has anyone found a way to convert the reflector below the tail light into an LED turn signal? I thought about using amber lenses front and back.
Otherwise I'll just get dual element sockets for the front running lights. I would still like to convert the fronts to amber lenses. Does anyone sell these?

OK, the rears should have dual element, for driving and stop lights. I can use the driving light as my signal light. The front will only have the single element, so I'll need to convert the original single element socket to one that will support a two element bulb. I was wondering which socket and element to use for the front as space is sometimes a problem. For the rear I thought about converting the reflector to a turn signal light.
