1988 delta 88 no radiator fan and no ac/heater air circulation.

Hello, I have encountered a (nother) problem with my 1988 oldsmobile delta 88 royale brougham:

The radiator cooling fan doesn't spin (unless I hook it up straight to the battery), and my ac/heater doesn't blow air.

Can anyone help me with that?

Thanks.

Both are likely electrical suspect issues. If radiator fan spins when hooked directly to battery, that's a wiring issue. Both AC and heater not blowing air sounds like electrical issue with blower (maybe relay) or wiring. You have a 1988 Oldsmobile Chassis Service Manual (CSM)? If not, you should own one. Firstly, I believe there is a troubleshooting (dichotomous) key/chart in the electrical section of the CSM either in or near the electrical section or w/in the AC/Heater section. Follow the chart. Again, in both cases it suggests an electrical issue. With a simple circuit tester light you need to find where you are not getting power or whether you have a short in one or both of those circuits.
