1978-80 Cutlass Pulse Wiper -vs- Non-Pulse Wiper

Quick question for those of you in the know, and this is something I've always wondered: if you have a 1978-9 Cutlass with a non-pulse wiper switch and you swap it with a pulse wiper switch, are you then going to have pulse wipers or is there more to it than that?

MANY years ago I converted my 1979 Calais to pulse wipers but I changed everything, the wiring, motor, switch, all of it. If all it took was swapping the switch, I'll remember that for next time. Perhaps this might be a bit of a dumb question but then again it took me 10 years before I discovered that with the non-pulse switch you can make the wipers swipe just once if you push the **** to the left.........

Thanks Joe, this vindicates my labors way back when per that installation.

By the way, will you be vending in Hershey this year? I plan on being there on Thursday, looks like weather-wise that will be the best day. If you are, I will stop by your spot on the swap field.

Nope, only buying. We're going up Wednesday.
