Hello,

I own a 1968 Cutlass S. Since I have owned the car I haven't had the lights working right on the dash. If the door is open and the lights are on. I notice that the dash lights work correctly. But once I shut the door the speedo and fuel gauge lights aren't working and the clock lights do work. Also the fuel gauge shows empty and the turn signal lights are both on as well as high beams when they're not on. If I click the switch it goes off. Also I have noticed that when I'm driving my headlights start off bright and then get less bright and I can hear a clicking noise under the dash at times. I had replaced the alternator when I first got the car. Any help would be greatful. Thanks
