1968 442 radio problems

The folks working on my car , took out radio and factory underdash 8track out about 2 years ago. We are getting to where they are trying to put it back but I suspect they dont know how everything hooks back together. Its stock, so does anybody have pictures or directions on how this is done? I did it myself about 35 years ago, but I forget how it was under there and my health prevents my return to the confines of dashboard. I remember something about plugging a plug into the back of another plug, but its all a blur now.. Any help would be appreciated.

There should be a double wire/ with three position plug hanging from the speaker...this plugs into the radio and then the power wire plugs into the blank position on the speaker plug...Dark blue wires are for rear speaker...if you still have the correct ends on the wires then you just plug the matching colour wire male plugs into the same colour wire female plugs. To connect the tape player pull the speaker plug out and fit it into the matching tape plug ...the tape plug will go to the radio and the speaker plug goes into the matching tape plug...just like a jumper...try that
