can any one tell me if these lights come apart and if so what is the trick? I do not see so well any more but it looks like maybe you pinch the black things in, but I am not sure and do not want to mess them up!

 

There looks to be a clip ring that is around the lamp socket. Nice nail polish...

 

Yes, there are little spring tabs that are holding the socket in the plastic housing. A small screwdriver or pick can be used to press them in so the socket can be removed. I'm pretty sure it is easier to type it than it is to do it though.

 

On a side note, what is the number on the lamps? I need to go buy some.

 

Yea ok! not mine! but I told my daughter that you said they were nice!! she helps me on my car once in a while. I am going to try and remove bulb housing from dome light housing today! if I mess them up I guess I will have just buy some new ones!

 

They are a 90 bulb. They have 2 contacts, + and -.
