can any one tell me were the negative battery cable connects to? I know it connects to negative post on battery but I need to know were the other end is suppose to go to?

 

The engine block.

 

There is a bolt hole on the front of the block about midway down the outside. Use a bolt if non P/S & if it's a P/S car,it uses a double stud where the P/S pump attaches. The cable goes on the back side of the stud. You can invest in a PIM and it will answer just about any question you might have.
