I have the same problem! I was told that the problem resolves inside the turn signal switch. I ordered it Monday and it arrived yesterday. I haven’t installed it yet because it has been cold outside. I will keep you posted on further developments. In the mean time I will send you a copy of the schematic. When you order the part, make sure you specify if you have tilt steering or not.

Im having issues with riper motor on with switch removed and turn signal staying on when blinker installed. The wires in the car were hacked pretty bad. Please could you send me a copy?
