What's the best method to remove my speedometer cable on my 1984 Delta 88? I already have it apart from the cluster it just needs to be removed. Is it best to remove from inside or outside the car? And what's the best way to replace it?

 

I have pulled it from the engine side through the cowl with no issues I can recall, and then re-routed the new cable from the transmission up as original.
