I bought a set of mudflaps for the Delta, to keep the rubber off the car at the track.

The 2 screws in the molding have to come out to get the mudflaps in. The flaps come with new screws. They are black to match the flap, so IDC about the stock screws if they get damaged.

I've tried WD-40 and they won't budge, any ideas of getting them out? I really don't want to drill new holes

 

Hahaha. I HATE those. The easiest way is heating them with a mapp gas torch and screwing them out with a hand screwdriver while hot. You don't need them RED hot but pretty darn hot.

You risk burning your paint however, so maybe a little pencil torch would be better for you.

 

Don't drill them, you will just ruin your bits.

 

Try putting the screw driver in the screw slot then hit the end of the screwdriver a few times with a hammer...it sometimes breaks the threads loose.

 

Use PB Blaster. It is about 10 trillion times better than WD 40. You can get it at your local parts store.
