I believe you're referring to the black plastic clip that holds the window in the track. Those are available at Autozone in the HELP section. You razorblade the old clip off, slide the new one over the hole, put the window back into the track, and crimp the nub through the hole in the glass. I just use 2 flat head screwdrivers, stick em in both sides of the glass, and turn them sideways to apply enough pressure to snap it together.
As far as the rear door handle-to-latch, remove the rear door panel, and there are metal connecting rods that connect the outside handle to the latch. It probably just fell out of the hole.]
