order sheet pace car

i've got the slip that came from underneth the seat and i was wondering if there was any thing that could tell me what all that ment. thanks

Can't tell you what any of it means if you don't let us know what's on it can we?

Did you get that underneath the rear seat? I looked for mine years back & it wasn't there.
