olds 76 vs 88

Does anyone have any literature or knowledge of what would've all been different on the 49-50 Olds 76's and 88's. I know the 76 was a 6 cyl and the 88 was obviously the 303 rocket but if there they both had the deluxe trim package what would all be different?

See for yourself, although it's hard to read. This is a page out of the '49 Olds brochure. The lower two rows of cars are each described as "Futuramic 76 and 88," which leads one to believe they're identical, at least in appearance, except for the engine.
