It was somewhere around 68-69 GM started using the plastic POP in the US. Looks like GM-Canada started it a little earlier.

No idea about the 2-1-4. I expect it's specific to Canadian cars.
Paint R- Target Red
Trim 359-shows up as Teal in 68, doesn't show up at all in 66 or 67. 358 would be bronze which goes with Target Red.

Cool. I was wondering if the 'X' might mean that the car was built in Kansas City? The trim is the interior? It's black with a white headliner.
