Missing power option ?

Ok, what power option is missing and blanked out here ? It's not a trick question, I really don't know and ,for the life of me, can't think of another.

Did they have a separate on/off switch for Cruise Control that year?

i think it was on the left side of the steering column

Custom Crusier...power rear window switch and power tailgate switch (less the power top switch) would fill out the four spots. Dave

I've only seen one 88 with remote passenger mirror and the control was located near the clock, not on this particular panel.
