Purchased off the line? I recall if you ordered a car or was getting a company car you could pick it up at product delivery in Lansing off of Logan (now MLK blvd) back in the day it saved the delivery charge on your car.
Correct me if I am wrong, still had to paid for at a dealer!

whether he bought it at the dealer or "off the line" who knows? one thing for certain is that he wont get 6 grand for it LOL

I stand corrected you could purchase at factory but vehicle had to be an employees name!
