a question,

the grill off the 69 delta 88 how did it came from the factory.

Is it chromed/ or painted silver/alu collor original?

becouse if it is original aluminium collor painted od do not have them re chrome.

 

They are made of pot metal, with a thin coating of something else over them.
Definitely not chromed. more like a faded aluminum can.

 

ok, becouse the former owner painted it black.

And i removed the paint and buffed it to i shiny state.
so minor some spots it looked liked it could have been chromed

Great, so i can just paint them, in aloy collor like alu/zink
