Few questions about 59 dynamic 88- new to olds

I have been working on my dad's (actually my great grandpas 1st new car he ever bought that he drove till 82) 59 dynamic 88. since dad bought it it has sat and i have worked on it the past weekend to get it running. Drained the tank, oil, radiator etc etc. and it is running decent. Starts kind of hard at first but once u get it running it runs great. Where is the fuel filter on it? Is it in the tank? also thinking of changing the thermostat so where can i find one? napa etc. have them? also were are some places online to find parts for it? i will pry have many questions as i am a ford guy

There might be one on the bottom of the fuel bowl on the fuel pump - If its still there. It looks kind of like a sponge that fits in the glass bowl on the pump itself. I'm not too sure where to find a new. I cant remember exactly, but I think there is a mesh screen on the fuel pick up tube in the tank as well. As far as thermostats - they can be found anywhere new for this engine
