Is this my cowl tag?

Can anyone help "translate"?

 

I believe that is indeed a cowl tag. What model and year is it from?

 

a 1983 delta 88 royale 4 door.

 

I've not decoded a Delta tag before. I'll have to see if I can find my documents. Someone else may be able to help in the meantime.

 

I'm not familiar with Delta either. But I'll give it a shot. Option codes read as I interpret them:
The D is model year, 1983.
3BN69 - Olds Delta 88 Royale Sedan.
05C - built 3rd week of May, 1983.
M- Guessing it's a Lansing built car? Is M in the VIN?
918200 is fisher body number.
42L, 42T are body color and top color- Gray Fern Metallic. Same with 42C, which appears to be cloth interior, bench seat with center arm rest (A65).
NB1- Closed loop emissions
CO9- padded vinyl top
