The turn signals on my 91 Eighty Eight appear to have clapped out. checked fuses and they ok. When position the lever for right or left turn, the signal light goes on but wont blink.

Any ideas? All lights on working ok except one -- a long, slim slight on the bottom of the side panel on the rear of the car. If there some kind of blinking gizmo (see, I'm not totally non-technical LOL), where is it located and what does it look like?
