Is the rubber boot around the gas filler neck still good? I wasn't careful enough with mine and tore it . . .

rear bumper is not very good(rusted out), front bumper ishas a little twist in it i believe, i remembeer the frame to be looking pretty good, 400 hundred cdn will take it
