I have used the search feature on this Forum and found a lot of helpful info on Power window regulators, R&R, alignment and such. I have the GM 1961/1962 Manuals. It is my understanding that there is not a Fisher Body manual for the 1962 Oldsmobile model. Most of what I have read keeps Warning about the dangers of the tension in the lift helper Spring. I believe the Dangers are real. Now to my situation, How do you put the Spring back in place and Load it with the needed tension so it can actually assist the window going upward ?
