Painter asked if the headliner needed to be installed before the windshield went in?

I'm thinking no on this. I replaced the headliner on my 56 last year and didn't come near anything related to the windshield. There aren't any parts that serve dual purposes.

If anything, I would think the windshield should be replaced before the headliner. More risk of bunging up the headliner while installing the windshield.
