Had new springs installed and the car is sitting TOO HIGH! I have been told by two mechanics these are the proper replacement springs. Is there any way to lower it except by cutting the springs?Does anyone know the correct height[ground to top of wheel well or any other measurement] so I can get the car back to the way it originally was?

My expereince is that new springs are usually high at first and will settle in a few weeks. Just how much too high is it?

You could always put air springs and set ity where you want.
