Do the parking lights operate normally at all four corners?

Have you carefully cleaned all light sockets and made sure that the grounds are good?

If so, I'd probably unplug the signal light switch and confirm that the switch is working properly, and then confirm to operation of the wires to the front and rear bulbs, and work from there.

Check the socket contacts themselves, as they are spring loaded and tend to corrode and bind over time. Sometimes the wire insulation gets hard and there is a bend at the socket that will also prevent getting a good connection.

The bulbs are making contact ,because they turn on when the lights are turned on . I will pull the signal switch tommorow and check it , but i can hear it make the click to eatch side for the signal lights

No, the low-wattage filament is making contact. The high-wattage filament may or may not be.

And in the case of a bad ground, a filament can be grounding through the combined filaments of the other unused lights in the system (ie: through the parking lights in the case of the signals, or through the signls on one side, in the case of the parking lights).

Do you realize that each rear bulb has 2 circuits, the bulbs have 2 contacts. One is for taillights, the other for brake/turn. I would not remove the switch unless you know for sure it is bad. You should test it first at its connections. I strongly suggest learning how it works from the CSM. The switch also ties into the brake switch. In the left turn position it disconnects the left bulb from the brake circuit and connects the turn signal. In the middle it is connect to the brake switch. In the right, oposite from left.
I'm not good at explaining it, but don't risk breaking the switch if it is not bad.
