wheels

i changed to a scarebird disc brake setup and used astro van wheels i think they are 15" x 6 1/2" or 7 cant rememeber. If you are planning on goin to disc brakes id go with those. I think that stock wheels are 15" x 5" or 5 1/2". hope this helps

wheels

the only thing i ordered was the scarebird kit. i got bearings, calipers, rotors,& pads from napa and got an late 80s s10 booster, master cylinder,& pedal assembly and astro van wheels at junkyard. i relocated my booster/mc to the firewall and used some 1/8" plate and that i had to bolt to the firewall after removing the big box attached to the firewall (fresh air intake). it took some test fitting and cutting to get the pedal assembly under the dash but not too bad. i think i paid $40 bucks for the booster,mc, proportioning valve and pedal assembly , i lucked out, i was at the boneyard on 1/2 off day hope this helps ill try and post some pic later

This post though informational is almost old enough to vote. Doubtful if you will get a answer or a picture ..... Tedd

PS. I think late Chevy GMC 1/2 ton pickups used a 5x5 by 51/2 rim that would take disk brakes. Double check with disk brake Mike or Skarbird they would probably know .http://www.discbrakemike.com
