Moser Rear End For 1967 Delmont 88?

Moser Engineering makes a 12 bolt rear end assembly for 1965 through 1970 Impalas (B-body) that you can configure with a 5 lug 5 inch bolt pattern and get pretty much any gears you want.

Will a big Chevy rear from those years bolt into a '67 full-sized Olds?

One more time:

The 1965-70 Impala chassis and suspension is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from that on the 65-70 Olds full size. NOTHING interchanges.

The Impala uses a THREE link rear suspension with a panhard rod. The Olds uses an angled FOUR link.

The Chevrolet body 1958 ? 1959/1964 had the panhard bar and carrier bearing drive shaft. Pretty sure 1965 thru 1970 was 4 link. No its not bolt but my Nephew had a Impala 12 in a 1967 Delta. You'll need to do some fabricating. Jmo

Apparently the 65-70 Imp could have come with EITHER three link or four link. Even the four link version used far different upper control arms than the Olds with far different attachment points. Note how far outboard the upper arm attachment points are i this photo. Also both used the panhard rod.

Here's the Hotchkis rear suspension kit for the 65-66 Imp. Note two lower arms - with the spring perches, as opposed to springs on the axle housing. Note the ONE upper arm. Note the panhard rod.

I have what I believe to be a posi rear on my 1968 Delmont 88. If that would suit your needs, please let me know.

My Nephew had a 1968 Impala 12 bolt full spool, upgraded yoke, Moser axles. 4:10 ratio. He sold the car about 6 years ago.
