I have a 71 Toronado that I have changed the differential for the original 3.07 to a 3,21 from a 68 model year.When im on the highway the speedometer read 60 but an app on my phone read 56. **** do I need to change out to correct this. I would think a different plastic gear that goes in the Trans? Can anyone help me. Thanks Roy
