drive shaft question

What problems would be encountered using a two piece automatic transmission driveshaft from a 330 engine in a manual transmission car with a 400 engine? Thanks

Depends on how you drive it and the current condition of the drive shaft. It could lead to vibrations that may eventually damage your transmission and/or your rear end or complete failure.

The worst thing that will happen is that you'll dump the clutch and shear the rubber to metal bond, rendering it useless. Run it until it breaks or until you can afford a solid shaft.
