If it came out of a 64-72 A-body,it will fit all other 64-72 A-bodies.

Don't do it.

1. It's too narrow.
2. It's WAY too weak and will go boom in short order.

Rear end swap

Other reasons beside strength -

Upper control arm mounting and lower control arm mount and spring perch location are all in different locations and angles. SO the fitment will cause bind in the suspension travel also.

A-body GM platform(64-72) is different that the G-body GM platform (78-88)
And then you have the 1973-1977 GM A-body platform which is WAY different then both of them...

Stick with your era there are plenty out there still to choose from.
