'70 442 Rear Lower Control Arms

Hello All,
Is there a left and right hand to these arms? Just pulled both of my original lower "boxed" arms off and viewing from the back of the car the "flanged" (front and back) on both face left.
Have pictures will share. Some people are selling these arms and they are designated left and right. With the left arm stamped with the letter "L" on one. Don't think it is for the OLDS. Maybe some other "A" body cars...
Let me know.
Thanks in advance!

No. The same arm is used on both sides. Same thing with the uppers, by the way.

lower arms

Never heard that before... left and right should be the same and i am pretty sure there is only one so yes both face the same way. IF you have a sway bar you will have to keep the 2 sway bar holes to the back obviously. Bushing will always go in the same way and YES it may look like to left or 2 right the way it is designed.

Aftermarket arms they designed symmetrical remember these were base production cars... needed to save money in manufacturing.... If you want real good side to side stability go aftermarket boxed to tubular.... just a superior design over even the best boxed stocker arms.
