There is a 68 flat top wagon on ebay with a 3 on the tree manual tranny. Can't be too many of those around.

 

Interesting car! Although I'm surprised at the radio delete, non-tinted glass but power windows options. They also have a very long list of cool parts that come with the car. If it sells somebody will get a very fun project!

There aren't many flat top wagons around so they're naturally scarce, the three speed was standard so I don't now how rare that would be. The AC with a three speed is probably rare, if the the power windows were original even more so, clear instead of tinted glass with AC, radio delete, strange combination of options if they're original.
That looks like a pretty nice car in pics.
The '91 Custom Cruiser for 2k buy it now looks pretty nice too, if it was here I would be on it like northeastern Ohio rust on rocker panels.
