Rubber Body Mount Replacement

Rubber Body Mount Replacement
How are rubber body mounts replaced on a 71 Cutlass S? Can they be installed simply, or is major disassembly of the car required?
I am getting ready to replace my rear control arms (upper and lower) to reduce roll. I'm wondering if I need to consider getting the body mounts installed while the control arms are being replaced. I prefer doing the body mounts separately at another time, but wanted to make sure the replacement can be done without having to disassemble other parts (control arms, shocks, etc) of the car.
Thanks. Larry.

We just did it yesterday
We installed all new poly rear bushings on our 71 Olds yesterday. I found it easiest to use a 5/16 drill bit to drill out all the rubber by drilling holes around the core until the center comes out before you try to pound out the metal part of the bushings. We then used a torch to cut a slice in the shell and pulled them out. We installed the new bushings we got from Summit using a vice or a threaded rod to squeeze them in place.
I don't think I would mess around with the body mounts. Try a sway bar and new bushings first ...It will make a big difference.
