Could anyone post a pic of where the PT releasbutton is located on a Olds Cutlass/442 -69.

On the upper left side of your glove box face, after you've opened the glove box door, you will see two dimples in the metal. That's where the vacuum release switch goes for the power trunk opener. The back side of the switch should fit neatly up against the back side of those two dimples.
