Exclamation No brake Lights

I have a 1969 cutlass. My park lights work with no problem but my brakes light do not work. I replaced the bulbs and the fuse and still nothing. I was wondering what would be the next step

Welcome!
Do the turn signals work? If so then suspect the brake light fuse (replace or test with a meter, don't just look at it). If thats good, jump the brake light switch at the pedal. If that makes them come on, then replace the switch.

Sometimes the switch sticks in the off position - hit it with some WD-40 and move it with your finger a few times to clean it off!

quite often the bulb has 2 wires in it.
one for the lights
one for the brakes
If it was me, I'd change the bulb if your other brake light works

Sunney, the same filaments are used for the brakes and the signal lights, so if his signals work, the bulbs must be good.

Welcome to Classic Olds.

Agree with wonderboy24, check your break light switch. Could be stuck or just bad (they always seem to go out at the worst times...). Might check your wires for breaks or chaffing. Could be grounding out. Good luck!
