The Old Cars Price Guide, December 2010 issue, lists the value of a 1969 Olds Cutlass S convertible in #4 condition (runs and drives but needs full restoration) at $4,400. In #3 (car show, or "20-footer") condition, the value is $9,900. As LI Olds says, it's hard to say much with those few photos you show and no description or views of the engine. But the car is probably somewhere between these two in value.
