Headlamp part numbers

I don't have an owners manual, I know, I need to get one.

But can someone post the original high and low beam lamp part numbers for me for 1964 Cutlass F85? Thanks

Hi beam (inner) #5956001
Low beam (outer ) # 5956002
OR simply 6001 (high) and 6002 (low)

If you're not doing a factory correct resto or maintenance, you can simply go to the auto parts store and get H5001 for the high beam or H5006 for the low beam. The originals were not very bright and if you do any nighttime driving you'll like the halogens. I always replace headlights in outer or inner pairs.

Thanks guys, I had all four T3s, but a few years ago one of the low beams burned out and I replaced with what I think is a non halogen Sylvania, and now one of the high beams burned out.

I see there's a place where you can get repro T3s for $150 for the whole set, I'll probably do that eventually, but for now I just wanted a non halogen replacement. Don't know if those are even available anymore. Looks like everything is halogen.
