H/O Lightning Rods shifter cable

I need the OEM shifter cable for a 84 H/O with Lightning rods. Does anyone a have for for sale or know where I can order the cable?

Not that I recommend it, but if you want an aftermarket cable, DORMAN Part # 16592 is the replacement for the OEM part number 357746.... I've never used the aftermarket, so I've no idea how well it fits or functions....
