I NEED HELP GUYS ;PLEASE,I unhooked my battery to clean the posts and when i hooked it back up my fuel gauge dropped straight down. when i turn the key on it spins clockwise and hits the pin . Is this fixable or not?

 

Ride I have the same exact problem; any solution?? Anyone?
