I replied to your other thread so I may as well comment here too.
I know there were Cutlass's built in Canada, I'm not sure what years but the trim tag just above the brake booster should identify where yours was built.
I believe the only engine option for the Cutlass in your year was a 350. The F85 model could have had a 6 cylinder and the 442 would have been a 400. But I think yours has to be a 350, either 2 or 4bbl.
Fusick is one of the top companies for aftermarket Olds stuff. Most of the guys here favor Legendary brand seat covers. For ordinary mechanical stuff Rockauto.com has a great selection. For sheet metal you'd be better off getting replacement fenders or patch panels from a parts car. The repop stuff isn't the highest quality.
That's my 2 cents, I'm sure others will add more comments. John

you've confirmed what i suspected-the motor appears to be a 350c.i.d. and definately has a meageer little 2 barrel carb.i 'm guessing somewhere around 250 h.p.,right?
how many cars were produced with the "S" convertible option? mine's an automatic car with crank up windows,p/brakes,p/steering and what appears to be a 10 bolt diff.........

There was no "S convertible option." The Cutlass S was a trim level - over the Cutlass and under the Cutlass Supreme. It was not specific to the convertible because other bodystyles were available in the Cutlass S trim level.
As has been indicated, the 350v2 was standard with the 350v4 optional. One could also order the W-31 350 too!
However, I think the six cylinder was also available, although it would have a different body number and couldn't be confused with a V-8 Cutlass S.
