DFW TX guys

This Saturday night I am going over to the Christian Cruisers car show in North Richland Hills. It starts at 7:00 and usually has 250-300 cars. If anyone wants to follow me over or meet me there let me know.

Sounds like a cool event, especially with our cooler mid 90's temps!

Unfortunately, I do not trust Lady's tires for more than twice around the block... I have not even decided what route i am taking with my wheels yet.

Throw a couple used tires on that bitch until to know what you are going to do. Used tire shops are all over Garland and if you are real lucky you might find someone that speaks english.

Tell ya what...
Depending on what goes on tomorrow (any dates or not ), I may slap the old spare on for that bad tire and toss a couple other older wheels and tires in the trunk, along with a good jack. If I keep it under 60, I would feel fairly confident in the remaining tires. I will call you if I decide to go.

Richard, hope the show went well - fill us in what we missed.

I got out late today and found that the spare tire from 1985 was a disaster waiting to happen, so that was out.

Lady also did not like this set of shoes I picked out for her, so she did not want to go out for the evening...
I guess I did not want to either and have to explain them to anyone...

The one nice thing was that the rear brakes were in almost perfect shape!
See, some things do go right...

Now to get those old tires pulled and get the wheels to the powdercoater.

Hi,
I'm new to this chat thing and new to Classic Olds. I'm hoping someone can help. I'm looking for the rubber mounts and bolts for the Radiator Core Support to Chassis on a 1970 Cutlass.

Contact Supercars Unlimited or Fusick Automotive...they are Olds-specific vendors and will have the rad support mount kits. New reproduction parts.
