Dash cluster back light LED's?
Has anyone tried swapping 168/194 wedge bulbs with LED style? My dash is dim and yellowish at night. I removed the low beam load by adding a fused relay wired off the battery to get max voltage to new halogen H7 lamps up front. Much brighter low beams but still the candle lit dash.
I'm wondering if a bunch of superbrightleds brand may be the solution? As LED's won't react with the resistance dimmer, are they crazy bright?

Yes they work great. Just get the 5 led light bulbs. If you get the ones with more lights in each bulb it will be too bright. I have them in my gauges and they are nice. They don't really dim its more of on or off.

They're great and not crazy bright. I picked up mine on Amazon for a very reasonable price.
