The mentality of a caveman?

If you are serious, there is a Chev equivalent of your Cutlass, and you would be better served if you posted the question on a Chev site. http://www.chevelles.com/ for instance.

Questions pertaining to your Cutlass, are welcomed here by everyone.

Why would you want to do that?

Asking the question on a different board. You won't find many supporters here.

Are you doing this to keep the car running while you build up the 455? I think I remember you have on don't you? What is wrong with the Olds 350 that is in it?

had to sell the 455 because the city was gonna fine us for having too many cars in the yard and i didnt have anywhere to keep it....was thinking sbc would be cheaper and easier to find but have decided to use olds 350 that i already have.....the block is still in the car but the heads and manifold have been removed.....im not sure when the engine last ran but what needs to be done to get it started? i think the engine is a 76

Contact the North Texas Oldsmobile Club! http://clubs.hemmings.com/clubsites/ntexasoca/

A lot of them may be up in Bowling Green for the Nationals this weekend,

Great guys that'll help you find what you need to keep your Olds "all-Olds".

I just had to put my project in the garage because someone complained to the city about it. There is an ordinance that does not allow cars with registration to be parked on city lots not intended for that purpose (i.e. my home). So in the garage it went! I figured, why buy insurance and register a car that hasn't been registered for probably forty years now? Get it finished and running and THEN do it. Car people don't understand though. I guess they figure I am a hillbilly or something.......
