70-75 Sport Mirrors from Fusick.... Disappointed

Well I ordered the set of these Mirrors from Fusick, and I must say unlike every thing else I have ordered from them, I am really disappointed. I can not get the remote to work at all, the mirror doesn't stay in place, and from what I have heard they don't paint well (paint supposedly bubbles up)

These were really expensive, any ideas?

Tell them about your difficulties. I'm sure they will make things right for you--they did on my washer bottle that had holes that never lined up with the wheel well.

It might be better to return them and find some good used ones for restoring.
Fusick should take them back with no hassle.

You sould have no problem returning the items to Fusick. I have been dealing with the guys up there for over 25 years, never had a problem.

I don't think they make or have those mirrors made?
The products with the Fusick logo next to them in the catalog are theirs I think.
They do some nice stuff and have pretty high standards so I would doubt it.
I like them.

Maybe they should start telling tell you right up front in the catalog if the part's not up to standards and explain the pros and cons of the part like some other GM marque's resto part suppliers do? They may catch some heat from their suppliers but then maybe they would reproduce better parts to sell?
If it's the only part available they can't really do much more about it other than not sell it.
Otherwise let prospective buyers know any problems with the items so they can decide for themselves if they want to accept them or not, more like when you're selling a used part.
