69 Cutlass convertible - what kind of saftey belt buckles are correct?
Hi guys,
in my 69 Cutlass conv., there are two kinds of saftey belts buckles. So which one would be correct, since I would like to have it in original style. Please let me know. Here is a pic of whats installed.
Thank you for your help.

There are two [may three] styles that could be "correct."The Deluxe are the chrome ones that standard are plastic.
My drop top has the smaller chrome ones w/o shoulder belts. The coupes have smaller ones for lap and larger ones for shoulder belts

My car has the smaller buckles for the front seat and the larger buckles for the back seat. I also have what is a rather rare option with front shoulder belts in a convertible - those are the larger buckles as well. This is for a 1970 and are correct as per the assembly manual - not sure ab out 69.
Ya'll forced me to go look.
I've only owned the car for 40 years.
Yep, 69 442 drop top Lansing car. small deluxe in front large deluxe in rear.
I guess when I was in the back seat, I wasn't looking at seat belts.

Great, I got large ones in the rear bench seat, and a small one on the driver side, and another large one on the passenger side. Just have to change this. Would anyone have have a good source for buckles?
