I've been able to restart the restoration on my 66 Cutlass convertible after two years of waiting but manged to misplace the protect-o-plate decoder book I bought. I'd like to make sure of the original state of the car before going to far in the wrong direction. No one seems to sell this book now, could someone help me out with decoding my plate?
