64 ride height

Does anyone know where to find the stock ride height of a 64 cutlass? I got some wheels in the mail today and need to set my coil overs. I’d like to have a known good starting point t to work from in figuring out what kind of tires I can fit and even if these wheels will fit.

Smile

The stance and height with 235x60 on 15x7 GM steelies in the rear and 215x60 on 15x7 GM steelies in the front. The front has disc brake B-spindle upgrade which sits a little lower than stock and with more than myself in the car it did scrape the header flanges just a bit when the car hit a decent dip in the road. Pictures are educational purposes only!

Enjoy.

Thanks Joe. I will set the car up like that. It helps me understand better, and gives good starting point.

I'll put some pics up, I ordered the wrong wheels I thought they were 17x7, but put them on anyway to get an idea.
Been having analysis paralysis about this all.

TheRobski...do you think you had much room to go larger or were you tapped out at hose sizes? I have disc brakes as well, but I think it is off a later cutlass, it came as a kit, but I don't recall right off. I also think widened my track width by 1/8" each side but maybe that was something different.

anyway this is a 17x9 w +12mm offset. But I think im gonna go with the 15x7 steel wheels

Maybe the rear 255's?, However, I had massive 275x60 on 15x8 Cragers on the back of the 67 with room to spare with a decent looking stock stance.

The 67 looks very nice. Are the redlines from Diamondback?

Years ago I sold, it and it's was reported from a fellow memeber here in CO that he saw it in a salvage yard. I discovered the guy lost control and at that time was parallelized from the wreck. Not a good story to report.
